The family behind Constructive Eating wanted to create products that make mealtimes more fun for the entire family. The construction worksite placemat includes shaded images of the construction utensils (sold separately) which can make setting the table fun for kids of all ages. Add the construction plate for a fully immersed experience.

The 28cm x 43cm Polypropylene placemat, which is durable and easy to wipe clean, features an aerial view of a construction worksite.

1. How do I wash the construction kids placemat?

The Constructive Eating construction placemat is not dishwasher safe so we recommending washing by hand.

2. Can I buy the construction placemat as part of a set?

Shipping & Returns

Mikki and Me ships from Perth and offers free shipping for all orders Australia-wide over $149. For orders under $149, our flat rate standard shipping is $10.95. The majority of standard shipping orders will arrive within 7-10 days of being dispatched from our warehouse. You may choose to upgrade to Express Post at checkout with prices starting at $15.95 and will be based on the weight of your parcel. The majority of Express Post parcels arrive within 2-4 days of being dispatched from our warehouse

Please note that there may be seasonal fluctuation (eg: Christmas and Back to School) that may mean our dispatch times are longer than usual. Occasionally there may be events that occur which are outside our control in which case there may be a delay in packing your order. We will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. Where your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. Where your order contains a personalised item, your personalised item will be sent separately to the remainder of your order. I recently purchased the Construction mat, plate and cutlery for my 3 year old grandchild. The set was one of the most enthusiastically received gifts I have ever seen and has been in constant use. Not only is the construction theme appealing but the design of the plate and the cutlery, in particular, is encouraging and developing the use of eating utensils in a very fun way. I highly recommend this set.
