If magnets stick to your fridge, then our magnetic planners should stick to your fridge.
2. Will it fit on my fridge? How big is it?
All our magnetic planners will fit on most standard size fridges.
If you have a slim and tall fridge, then the integrated planner and monthly planner may be too wide. So we recommend measuring your fridge first to make sure. The dimensions are:

3. What pens can I use to write on your magnetic fridge planners?
We recommend using liquid chalk markers. with our magnetic planning products. Once the liquid chalk has dried, it won’t rub off when the kids rush past it or poke it with their sticky fingers. You can of course use whiteboard markers but we find that they can erase a little too easy for or liking.
4. How do I erase my writing on the magnetic planner at the end of the month?
When you’re ready to erase, simply use a damp microfibre cloth to clean your magnetic planner and it will come up shiny and new again. Make sure that the planner is completely dry before you start to write on it again.
5. My liquid chalk marker arrived with no ink in it. Is this normal?
It is normal for your liquid chalk marker to arrive with a clean white tip and showing no ink. To start the flow of ink, you’ll need to prime your marker. Once primed, it will work like normal.
To prime it, the first step is to vigorously shake your marker to ensure that the liquid is well mixed. On a piece of paper, press the nib of the marker up and down several times until the liquid chalk saturates the tip of the marker. Please do not worry if it takes several minutes, this can happen and it may just be that there is air trapped inside the marker.
Once the marker is primed, you should only need to shake it before each use. For best results, store your marker upright with the lid on.
6. What do I do if my liquid chalk markers. has stopped working?
If your liquid chalk markers. has stopped working or the ink looks liquidy, give it a good shake to ensure that it is well mixed.
After lots of use (usually several months), the marker will slowly begin to run out of ink. Keep shaking before each use to get the most of our your liquid chalk markers..

Where your order contains a personalised item, your personalised item will be sent separately to the remainder of your order. Please refer to the manufacturing times on each personalised product listing.
From time to time, where a product is not in stock within our main warehouse, it may be shipped to you separately from another warehouse. Where this occurs, you will receive your order in more than one parcel. Please do not be alarmed if part of your order appears to be missing as it will most likely be on its way to your separately.
