Mikki & Me Returns and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mikki & Me offers its customers a 30 day returns policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items or for change of mind as all orders are final. However, in lieu of providing a refund, we will offer a store credit where returned items meet the below eligibility criteria. If you are unsure about what product(s) to order, please use the “Chat with us” function on our website so that we can best assist you prior to placing your order.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, please return the item to us at your expense by using tracked parcel post (the return address will be provided) and ensure that it is in the same condition as it was when you received it. This means that the item(s) must be in its original packaging and cannot have been washed, used or worn or have parts that are either damaged or missing in their entirety. If we have made an error in processing your order, we will pay for the item to be shipped back to us.

If Mikki & Me determines, in its sole discretion, that the item(s) meets our exchange policy eligibility criteria, then we will issue you with a credit note for the purchase price of the item. Credit notes issued by Mikki & Me will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

In the event that an item presents with a major fault, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price less the original shipping costs incurred at time of purchase. Please notify us by emailing support@mikkiandme.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. When contacting Mikki & Me, please include all necessary photographs or videos of the apparent fault so that we may remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Where the item(s) has not been manufactured by Mikki & Me, we will work with our supply partners to remedy the problem. Any warranty claims will be determined by the manufacturer of the product at their sole discretion. Please do not email the manufacturer/brand directly as we are here to assist you.

Please bear in mind that general wear and tear and use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Whilst we stand behind the quality of the products which we stock here at Mikki & Me, we all know that children are some of the toughest product testers out there. To ensure the longevity of the products which you purchase from Mikki & Me, please familiarise yourself with the proper care instructions for each product purchased. If you are unsure how to best care for your products, please email support@mikkiandme.com.au and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Just what I was after!

I had been looking for an all in 1 fridge planner magnet. This is the perfect size and everything for the month fits perfectly. Love it!

Great planner and looks great on the fridge

Very handy for our family to have our plans up. It looks great as well. My only call out is you cant write with the markers while the planners are on the fridge as you need to tilt the markers downward which makes quick notes not so easy.

Nice product but arrived damaged

The product is nice however it arrived damaged with several chips. I reached out to customer service who said a replacement would be issued but one never arrived.

Loved it , easy to write on and especially impressed with how easy it was to clean 👌

Pen

The pen didn’t work at all loved the board. Had to rush and find other chalk on the first day of school but wasn’t as straight writing as a pen could have been

Name labels

Received labels with the incorrect name. Then requested a replacement with the correct name. No replacement was sent. Have now requested a refund.

Replacement Water Bottle Straws

Our extra bottle straws arrived and they are fantastic. My daughter is teething and has been biting her straw. It was so easy to replace the new straw with the existing one and now it looks brand new again.

Too hard to suck water through straw

Could you please contact us at support so that we can look into this further for you as we do not have any emails regarding your order, email address or missing puzzle.

One of the boards come damaged. I contacted the seller and received no communication back. The other board is great.

I’m sorry, this product disappointed. I researched and found this to be of great quality… I bought this for my mum (who has lung cancer) liking the simplicity, however the water didn’t flow through the straw easily.
