The sale starts at 9am AEDT on Friday, 15 November 2024. but, with VIP early access, you'll be able to shop the sale from 6pm AEDT on Thursday, 14 November 2024.

Usually, we're shipping superheroes, zipping orders out the same day if you order before 2pm – but Black Friday has us working in turbo mode! We’ll keep you updated with a shipping confirmation email (complete with tracking info!) so you’ll know exactly when to start watching the mailbox like a hawk.
What if an item says pre-order? Can I still buy it?
Absolutely! You can still snag that pre-order item at the discoutned price, but here’s the scoop: we’ll ship your entire order together once the pre-order item arrives and is in stock. So if patience isn’t your strong suit (and you want those in-stock goodies ASAP), we recommend placing two separate orders to avoid waiting. That way, your essentials will be in your hands sooner, and the pre-order item will be on its own VIP journey straight to you!
If I forget something, can you combine my orders?
Unfortunately, no can do! With the Black Friday frenzy, our warehouse is running like a well-oiled (and very busy) machine. Each order is zooming through on its own track, so we can’t combine them once they’re placed. But hey, look on the bright side – you’ll get double the happy mail!
Do I have to pay for shipping?
