Yes. Our wall decals are of an exceptionally high quality and we offer various options for different wall types. Please carefully consider whether your intended wall application is on plasterboard, brick, concrete or rendered.
2. Will they damage my walls?
No. Our luxurious matte fabric wall decals will not damage your walls. They are also 100% removable and reusable. Simply keep your backing sheet for ease of transfer from one location to another. If you lose your backing sheet, that's ok. Just relocate the decals to another wall or door and make sure that they stay vertical. The adhesive which we use on the backing side will not harden or cure over time. This means that even 5 or 10 years later, you can easily peel them from the wall and reuse them. They won't leave behind any annoying sticky residue or peel off your paint. 3. Will they peel, fade, curl or otherwise degrade?
Our wall decals are made of a premium matte fabric, not vinyl. This means that they are extremely durable and won't curl, peel, fade, spontaneously fall off the wall, shrink, tear, melt or reflect light. 4. How do I apply them?
Installation has never been easier for our premium wall decals. Simply decide the area and wall which you want to decorate, then simply peel away the backing sheet and stick. If you experience any bubbles, simply smooth them out with your hand.
5. Do you offer a product warranty?
Yes. We have a 100% happiness guarantee. This means that if goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown, or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. If you simply change your mind, we will exchange your design if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom products that have no quality-related issues cannot be returned or refunded. Colours may vary on-screen to products received.
Due to our manufacturing process, products purchased at different times may not match in colour.
Shipping & Returns
Please note that there may be seasonal fluctuation (eg: Christmas and Back to School) that may mean our dispatch times are longer than usual. Occasionally there may be events that occur which are outside our control in which case there may be a delay in packing your order. We will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. If you are concerned about dispatch times, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Where your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. Where your order contains a personalised item, your personalised item will be sent separately to the remainder of your order. Please refer to the manufacturing times on each personalised product listing.
From time to time, where a product is not in stock within our main warehouse, it may be shipped to you separately from another warehouse. Where this occurs, you will receive your order in more than one parcel. Please do not be alarmed if part of your order appears to be missing as it will most likely be on its way to your separately. Please reach out if you are concerned that your order is missing an item.
