Use the backpack with both straps on your shoulder and tighten your straps so they’re firm, but not tight. It might seem “uncool” but it’ll save you visits with the Physio when you’re older ;-) Your Wolf Pack will also thank you for not straining one strap over the other.

To pack a backpack for a happy spine - carry the heaviest items closest to your back and close to your waist. Try to evenly distribute your load to have less strain on your shoulders.

Did you know that it is recommened children don’t carry more than 10~20% of their weight on their back? If you’re trying to fit an entire library in the bag, you can’t lift the backpack or the zips are about to bust at the seams - you likely need another bag to share the load. Did someone say another Wolf Pack ;-)

Make sure to do the backpack pat-down at the end of each day to check for any hidden food or spillages. Left for long periods of time, your bag could end up the victim of mould and horrible smells. Nobody wants that!

When you aren’t out the in wild on amazing adventures with your Wolf Pack store your backpack in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

If you need to wipe down the inside of your bag and it’s wet, just turn it inside out and let it hang indoors to dry where it can get decent airflow.

Kids are messy, trust me, we get it! That’s why we designed the outside of our Wolf Pack to be water-repellent and hardy. But if you find yourself needing to spot clean your backpack, we advise you use a warm damp cloth and mild detergent. Please don’t use harsh chemicals, bleach or tumble dry your bags.

Please note that there may be seasonal fluctuation (eg: Christmas and Back to School) that may mean our dispatch times are longer than usual. Occasionally there may be events that occur which are outside our control in which case there may be a delay in packing your order. We will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. If you are concerned about dispatch times, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Where your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. Where your order contains a personalised item, your personalised item will be sent separately to the remainder of your order. Please refer to the manufacturing times on each personalised product listing.

From time to time, where a product is not in stock within our main warehouse, it may be shipped to you separately from another warehouse. Where this occurs, you will receive your order in more than one parcel. Please do not be alarmed if part of your order appears to be missing as it will most likely be on its way to your separately. Please reach out if you are concerned that your order is missing an item.
